Pipi dah tak sebambam dulu.. baru sebulan dapat kaki, dah ke hulu ke hilir jalan sendiri tak mau dukung.. phew~

:: Arsyad learns and plays ::

Salam'alaik..

Sejak dah setahun, Arsyad semakin banyak belajar benda baru setiap hari..

Umi would like to jotted down some of arsyad's developments as umi's personal records.. boleh compare dengan adik2 Arsyad (kalu ada) akan datang, heheee..

Some of Arsyad's behaviour that umi noticed in daily life..

  • When umi says, "sape nama Arsyad..?" He will raise up his hand with a smile.. :) me!!
  • Arsyad helps me in doing house chores.. when I start sweeping the floor he will get the dustbin from the kitchen and drag hand it over to me.. He learns by seeing me doing it everyday.. 
  • He pick up the cell phone charger from the sofa and wanted to put on to the socket.. Oh, I'm worried when it comes to electricity/sockets/wires.. Fortunately we have bought the Shock Guard to close the sockets around the house.
  • When umi and abi wants to perform solat, Arsyad will drag the sejadah and put it in front of us.. :)
  • When bath time, Umi undress arsyad and he brings his clothes and throw them inside the laundry basket.. He always see abi putting his dirty clothes in there. Smart kid!
  • Whenever he eats something, he will always wants to fed me as well.. very kind of u, son! :)
  • When Arsyad spill water/milk on the floor, he will grab a towel from the kitchen and wipe the floor.. though not very clean.. Soo rajin anak umi sorang ni.. :)
Umi menanti apa lagi pelajaran baru Arsyad akan datang.. Dengar umi/abi mengaji Quran tak pernah ganggu.. diam je main sendiri2.. 
Cuma sekarang, meraung2 kalu jumpa doktor.. Doktor usik sikit (amik temperature) pun dah meronta menangis2 tp x de air mata..adeehh.. 

Kelmarin gi kedai potong rambut pun meraung2 jugak.. takut dengan bunyi mesin agaknya.. haih la~.. Takut dengan orang masih lg tak ilang.. umi nk teka smpai umur brapa thn agaknya..?? -____-" Umi akan cerita bila kamu dan besar nanti Arsyad! :p

Apapun, cik Sarah reminds me of 1st Jun.. Genap setahun jugak lah umi x kerja pejabat dan sejak itu umi menjaga kamu Arsyad... Sementara sahabat2 lain telah pun berjaya dengan karier masing2.. :')
Moga pengorbanan ini Allah ganti dengan murahkan rezeki lain untuk umi di masa akan datang.. 

Arsyad mula jalan pada 11 April 2012.. pertama kali bangun sendiri dan memulakan langkah pertama.. :)

:: One Year Arsyad ::

Salam'alaik..

My cutey pie turns 1 year old today.. :)

A trust from Allah for my husband and I to nurture, educate and raise him with love and affections.. 

I will try my best to carry out this huge responsibility.. lillahi ta'ala.. It might not easy, but Allah will help along the way insyaALlah..

Masih segar dan jelas dlm ingatan..
Setahun yang lalu.. Pengalaman pertama melahirkan putera sulung.. 22 Mac 2011..

perkembangan ketika umur setahun ni :
  • Arsyad dah faham simple instructions.. cakap "nak" dia akan bagi barang pd umi.. pandai tunjuk guna jari  dan bila cakap "tu" dia gi amik barang/mainan dia.. bila  puji "pandai..!" dia akan senyum dan tepuk tangan.. 
  • Bila  tegaskan  suara "NO... NO.." dia tau kita x bagi or tak boleh buat tp dia senyum nakal n buat jugak sambil tgk umi balik... :)
  • Pandai kiss bila minta dia buat.. and leave "watermarks" on my cheeks.. :D
  • Umi cakap "tatih2" dia akan langkah nk jalan..tp laju dan x stabil pastu jatuh..huhu.. selangkah dua je buleh..
  • Start campur minum susu formula 2 kali sehari..pagi n malam shj.. tapi dia x brapa suke.. ikot mood.. kadang ok, kadang x mau...
  • Gigi baru kuar sebatang... eheh, based on fact, this is hereditary...probably umi or abi dulu lambat tumbuh gigi juga.. 
  • Akhirnya, dah x ada stranger anxiety towards family hubby di kampung Ipoh.. [maklum la hanya sekali sebulan jumpa Tok kat sana] Tp dengan orang luar masih ada sikit2 tp tak obvious cam dulu.. 
Moga Allah memberikan kekuatan dan panduan untuk mendidik anak saya mengikut acuan Islam..

Doaku selalu agar Arsyad menjadi hamba Allah yang soleh wa musleh dan dewasa kelak seorang rijaal yang turut sama menegakkan syariat Islam.. Ameen Ya Rabb..

::B'day Hamzah & Arsyad::

Salam'alaik..

Hari lahir Hamzah Syarif pada 1 Mac, Abdurrahman Arsyad pula 22.. So celebrate sama2 pada 4hb Mac.. 
Makan kecil2an saje bersama seluruh keluarga adik beradik ku di rumah Mak.. 
Alhamdulillah.. setahun sudah usia mereka.. 
Moga kedua2 anak ini terus membesar dengan sihat! Mak Su sayang Hamzah! Umi sayaaangg Arsyad juga!

 Birthday cake.. home-made carrot cheesecake.. Made by Ibu and Umi special for our b'day boys.. :)

 Potong kek time.. Baju hijau anak buah.. lahir bln Mac juga.. 26hb.. 

Sepupu membesar bersama.. Pakai party hat..:) yey! dah 1 tahun..

:: Arsyad demam::

Salam a'alaik..

Arsyad is nearly 1 year old.. tapi mula awal minggu ni Arsyad demam.. 
agak panas.. batuk2 juga.. 
sangat sedih.. first time Arsyad kena batuk sejak dia lahir.. 

Sebak hati seorang umi bila anak sakit.. 
Saya harap saya dapat ambil alih kesakitan itu..
Today I missed my usrah for this week.. taking care of him.. feel bad.. moga Allah ampuni dosa2 saya.. :(

Moga cepat sembuh ye sayang.. Umi rindu arsyad yang aktif.. 
Umi nangis tengok kamu tak sihat.. 
Umi have to be strong.. love u son!

:: Arsyad drive car, ummi! ::



Salam'alaik..

1 Disember 2011 lalu.. Birthday abah saya.. Saya sentiasa mendoakan abah bahagia dan diberkati Allah selalu, sepanjang hayatnya.. u are the best dad! 

walaupun abah tak baca blog ni, terima kasih membesarkan saya hingga ke hari ini.. Cucu abah sorang ni loves u soooo much!! Suka sangat kalau Tok Jad dia dukung bawak jalan2.. Besar sikit boleh ikot Tok Jad gi kedai mamak baca paper+minum teh sama2 yeh! heheehe

Video tu rakam time Arsyad naik car n dinasour kat Giant hari tu.. muka cam takde perasaan.. tak happy pun, biasaaa je.. huhuhu.. 
8 month-2-weeks nih; asyik panjat sofa, meja, kepala katil dan tangga je sekarang.. haduh~ letih ummi! [Jatuh ada gak beberapa kali, heheh] :p

A nice article to share with all mothers.. moms-to-be.. or to all ladies who will be a mother someday! heheehe...

Especially yang bf baby anda, amat penting untuk memastikan anda mengambil makanan yg sihat dan berkhasiat.. Sejak saya bf baby, berat badan telah turun lebih rendah dari berat asal sebelum mengandung.. saya tidak menyangka hingga ke tahap itu..hehee.. nak kata kurang makan, tidak sekali! Duduk rumah lagi banyak saya makan itu dan ini.. tapi mungkin jumlah kalorinya belum mencukupi.. Oleh itu, saya berazam untuk mengembalikan berat badan asal dan mengamalkan a healthy diet from now onwards.. :) [baby dah pun nak masuk 8 bulan baru sedar perkara ini...haih..! well, it's never too late! ] So here goes the list... Thank u WebMD! Enjoy eating! :D

For nursing moms, it's important to know that the quality of your breast milk stays pretty much the same no matter what you choose to eat. That's because if you aren't getting the needed nutrients from your diet, your body will provide them from your own stores. But for your own well-being, it's best to make sure you're obtaining the nutrients your baby needs by incorporating a variety of healthy breastfeeding foods in your nursing mom food plan.

If you make sure the following 12 foods for new moms are a regular part of your diet, your body -- and your baby -- will thank you.

1. Salmon Ikan mahal nih! heh..

There's no such thing as a perfect food. But salmon is pretty close when it comes to a nutritional powerhouse for new moms. One of the best breastfeeding foods out there, salmon, like other fatty fish, is loaded with a type of fat called DHA. DHA is crucial to the development of your baby's nervous system. All breast milk contains DHA, but levels of this essential nutrient are higher in the milk of women who get more DHA from their diets.

The DHA in salmon may also help your mood. Studies suggest it may play a role in preventing postpartum depression.

One caution: FDA guidelines say breastfeeding women should limit consumption of fish lower in mercury to 12 ounces per week because of potential exposure to mercury. Salmon is considered to have a low mercury content when compared to other types of fish, such as shark, swordfish, king mackerel, or tilefish.

2. Low-Fat Dairy Products i like cheese....cake! opps..yogurt pun best!

Whether you prefer yogurt, milk, or cheese, dairy products are an important part of healthy breastfeeding. In addition to providing protein, B vitamins, and vitamin D, dairy products are one of the best sources of calcium. If you're breastfeeding, your milk is loaded with calcium to help your baby's bones develop, so it's important for you to eat enough calcium to meet your own needs. One way to do that is to include at least three cups of dairy each day as part of your diet.

3. Lean Beef daging korban ada lagi..hehee

When you're looking for foods to boost your energy as a new mom, seek out iron-rich foods, like lean beef. A deficiency of iron can drain your energy levels, making it hard for you to keep up with the demands of a newborn baby.

Also, when you're nursing, you need to eat extra protein and vitamin B-12. Lean beef is an excellent source for both of these nutrients.

4. Legumes hadoi.. x minat la legumes nih..

Beans, especially dark-colored ones like black beans and kidney beans, are a great breastfeeding food, especially for vegetarians. Not only are they rich in iron, they're a budget-friendly source of high quality, non-animal protein.

5. Blueberries saya suke minum jus Twister! Yummy2..!

Breastfeeding moms should be sure to get two or more servings of fruit or juice each day. Antioxidant-rich blueberries are an excellent choice to help you meet your needs. These satisfying and yummy berries are filled with good-for-you vitamins and minerals and will give you a healthy dose of carbohydrates to keep your energy levels high.

6. Brown Rice Takde beli lg beras nih..

If you're attempting to lose the baby weight, you might be tempted to drastically cut back on your carbohydrate consumption. But losing weight too quickly may cause you to produce less milk for the baby and leave you feeling lethargic and sluggish. It's better to incorporate healthy, whole-grain carbs like brown rice in your diet to keep your energy levels up. And foods like brown rice provide your body the calories it needs to produce the best quality milk for your baby.

7. Oranges yup, saya minum jus oren Twister!

Portable and nutritious, oranges are a great food to boost energy for new moms. Because nursing moms need even more vitamin C than pregnant women, oranges and other citrus fruits are an excellent breastfeeding food, too. Can't find time to sit down to a snack? Sip on some orange juice as you go about your day -- you'll get the vitamin C benefit and can even opt for calcium-fortified varieties to get even more benefit from your beverage.

8. Eggs ok2.. Selalu je breakfast dgn telur..

Egg yolk is one of the few natural sources of vitamin D -- an essential nutrient to keep your bones strong and help your baby's bones grow. Beyond that, eggs are a versatile way to meet your daily protein needs. Try scrambling up a couple of eggs for breakfast, tossing a hard-boiled egg or two on your lunchtime salad, or having an omelet and salad for dinner. As part of your diet, you might even opt for DHA-fortified eggs to increase the level of this essential fatty acid in your milk.

9. Whole-Wheat Bread ok2.. Selalu je breakfast mkn roti..

Folic acid is crucial to your baby's development in the early stages of pregnancy. But its importance doesn't end there. Folic acid is an important nutrient in your breast milk that your baby needs for good health. And it's crucial you eat enough for your own well-being, too. Enriched whole-grain breads and pastas are fortified with this vital nutrient. They also give you a healthy dose of fiber and iron.

10. Leafy Greens saya suke sayuran hijau..! hari2 makan..alhamdulillah!

The list of benefits you get from eating leafy green vegetables such as spinach, Swiss chard, and broccoli goes on and on. They're filled with vitamin A, which your baby needs to get from your breast milk. They're a non-dairy source of dietary calcium. They've got vitamin C and iron. On top of that, green veggies are filled with heart-healthy antioxidants, they're low calorie, and they're tasty to boot.

11. Whole-Grain Cereal a haa.. selalu beli honey stars/cornflakes..mmg sedap!

After yet another sleepless night, one of the best foods to boost energy for new moms in the morning is a healthy breakfast of whole-grain cereal. Many cold cereals are available that are fortified with essential vitamins and nutrients to help you meet your daily needs. Or, whip up a healthy hot breakfast by stirring blueberries and skim milk into a delicious serving of oatmeal.

12. Water minum apa.. tapi mungkin kurang air masak.. eheh..

Dehydration is one of the biggest energy drains there is. And new moms who are breastfeeding are especially at risk. To keep your energy levels and milk production up, make sure you stay well hydrated. You can vary your options and meet some of your fluid requirements by drinking juice and milk, but be careful when it comes to caffeinated drinks like coffee or tea. Keep your intake to no more than 2-3 cups a day or switch to decaffeinated varieties. That's because caffeine enters your breast milk and can cause your baby to become irritable and sleep poorly

Syawal pertamaku sebagai ummi.. :)

Arsyad dah pun enam bulan.. Huge development this month is... besides that he can roll over, dia dah pandai mengengsot..!
dia pandai angkat punggung and push himself forward! hihihi.. love to reach out for something and terus masukkan dlm mulut! hee.. dah tak boleh tinggal atas katil sorang2.. kang dia mengengsot sampai hujung katil... huhu..risau!

Arsyad pun dah pandai babble, repeating one syllable.. over and over again.. ap--pa! ap--pa! soo comel he pronounce it! Melihat perkembangan anak di depan mata dari hari ke hari membuatkan hati ummi berbunga2 selalu.. :D

o ye, congratulations to my dear friend, Basyi atas kelahiran cahaya mata pertama.. Iman Zulfa.. moga menjadi qurratul a'yun kepada ibu bapanya.. Moga jadi anak solehah wa muslehah juga! Insya Allah..

em, i'm thinking of starting a business soon.. masih dalam perancangan.. mohon doa kalian, may Allah ease!

::Prestasi RaMadHanKu::

Salam'alaik..

Sedar tak sedar, dh di pertengahan Ramadhan dah kita.. Bila dikenang semula, prestasi amalan saya pada Ramadhan lepas agak mengecewakan.. Morning sickness dan bdn sgt lemah yg dialami di awal kehamilan amat mengganggu.. patutnya dapat la puasa penuh tp 3 hari gagal.. all the food that I eat goes down to the drain... haiyaaa... -.-"

Dan alhamdulillah, dipanjangkan umur utk bertemu dengan Ramadhan pd tahun ini.. syukur..! ^___^

Walaupun dengan kehadiran si kecil yang kadangkala meragam nak dukung, nangis2, dan perlukan perhatian, saya mampu utk bertilawah, solat tarawikh dan melakukan amalan2 sunat lain.. memang agak mencabar bagi ibu2 muda, tp kita boleh jika kita niat untuk bersungguh2 melakukannya..!

tahun ni x dapat nak solat tarawikh di masjid...hampa.. hanya buat sendiri di rumah.. tu pun selepas si comel Arsyad tido.. tak pelah, Allah mengetahui keadaan hamba2Nya.. Kita beramal dengan kemampuan kita sendiri, biar pun sedikit asalkan ISTIQAMAH... :)

Dikongsikan sedikit peringatan buat diri ini yang sering lupa.. wahai hati, jom banyakkan berdoa di mulia penuh barokah ini..

Doa agar dikurniakan keampunan, hidayah, rezeki dan kebaikan:

:: 3 months already ::

Salama'alaik..

Semalam genap Abdurrahman Arsyad 3 bulan.. cepat je masa berlalu.. Makin hari makin bermacam2 ragam dan keletahnya.. walaupun kekadang Arsyad buat perangai dia, tapi Arsyad tetap menyejuk mata dan penawar hati ummi dan abi.. :)

Sejak 3 bulan ni, Arsyad dah pandai:
-senyum lebar..
-layan orang sembang..
-hisap jari sendiri.. lima2 jari nk masuk..
-main air liur dia.. napkin kena selalu disisi..hehe
-bila meniarap dah angkat kepala tinggi..
-manja sangat.. suke duduk atas riba aje.. n nak dukung jalan2.. huhu


Arsyad dan Hamzah.. cousin saya.. kami sama2 lahir bulan Mac..! :)

Baring dengan abang Hamzah.. besar sikit nanti kita boleh main bola sama!

gosok2 mata.. penat main..nak tido lah..

Menguap~ dah start mengantuk..

tinggal 10 hari je cuti~

Salam'alaik..

rini genap Arsyad 50 hari.. cepat je masa berlalu..

masa umur Arsyad sebulan, dh pegi inject hepatitis B dose 2.. :) tak demam tp nangis sikit2..hee..

Alhamdulillah dah 4.0 kg ketika berusia sebulan.. naik approximately 1.1kg! hanya minum susu ibu baby anda akan membesar dgn sihat.. [menyokong penyusuan susu ibu] :)

Berazam untuk BF exclusively..hingga 2 tahun.. insya Allah.

babycenter.com.my really helps in providing tips and guidance to a successful BF.. highly recommended to all mothers.. :)

lagi 10 hari dah nak start keje semula.. oohhh.. sgt la malas rasanya nk mula keje.. huhu.. sekarang sedang membuat stok susu untuk bekalan Arsyad bila saya mula kerja nanti..

Arsyad tido nyenyak sambil peluk bantal panjang, hihih :)

Oklah, Arsyad nak tukar nappy, jumpa lagi..!

::February 2011::

Salam'alaik..


Dimulakan dengan bismiLLah.. petikan ayat quran diatas untuk peringatan buat diri ku yang sering alpa.. Hari ni birthday MIL.. 24th Feb.. sama bulan dengan menantunya.. ehhe.. :) Alhamdulillah dan call and wish petang tadi.. Moga mak terus dikurniakan oleh Allah kesihatan yang baik untuk beribadah dan dimurahkan rezeki selalu..T.kasih kerana melahirkan dan membesarkan suami yang menjadi sebahagian daripada hidup saya... :)

Detik pertama bertemu dengan MIL ketika November 2008.. heh, tak sangka pertemuan itu terus terjalin hingga ke hari ini.. :)

Kini, sejak kahwin, antara resepi yang telah di pelajari daripada MIL sepanjang 8 bulan;
- nasi tomato
- goreng pisang celup tepung [versi lain sikit]
- mee bandung
- daging goreng kicap

tu je kot rasanya.. tak ingat pulak kalu ada lagi.. huhu.. apepun, ok lah tu, boleh la menambahkan skill masakan.. Seronok gak ada 2 mak nih..hehe. Alhamdulillah, so far MIL saya baik aje, takde la pula pengalaman2 yang tak best macam dalam drama2 tuh..hehee.. [drama je kott.. :p]

Update on my 8th antenatal check up ketika scan di klinik:
- ukur lilit kepala baby, keratan rentas perut dia.. pastu dapat result ---> baby's weight is 2.5 kg.. kecik kan? [35 weeks old.. he may still gain weight day by day.. :)
- kepala dah masuk birth canal.. tp belum betul2 engage..
- heartbeat rate - 140/minit... [bagus2 doctor kata..]
- lain2 sume ok, Alhamdulillah..

- 37 weeks nanti datang check up lagi.. 9 mac 2011!

3D scan? owh, saya tak buat pun.. [wlaupun dalam hati sedih jugak...] sebab?
1. agak mahal.. rm100 lebih kott.. x mampu.. sob2.. [rm100 lebih tu boleh guna beli breast pump, breastmilk storage bottle, etc... yg lebih diperlukan..]
2. takpe la baby, just 2D scan pun good enough kan..??
3. dah tau setakat ni baby cukup sifat semua dah cukup syukur dah.. :)

Birthday tahun ni seronok.. :) nanti2 lah update, balik dulu!

::3rd trimester anxiety!::

Salam'alaik..

Lately mendapat khabar berita ramai pula kwn2/senior2 skolah, kwn2 U yang bertunang, kawin dan bakal menjadi ibu..! ^___^ alhamdulillah..! chat dengan seorang sahabat yg baru 8 weeks pregnant, mengalami morning sickness baru2 ni..minta pendapat n pandangan.. Sejak2 dah masuk 3rd trimester ni, perasaan semakin berdebar juga.. banyak jgk la saya google di sana sini untuk tambahkan ilmu on labour n birth.. banyak juga soalan2 dari sedara mara/kawan2 seperti;

-excited tak nak dpt baby?
-normal ke ceaser nanti?
- nervous or takut x nak bersalin?

jawapan saya: mesti la excited n heppy.. ^_____^ em, kalu boleh nak la normal delivery..tp x tau la lg..doa2 kan lah ok.. dan yg terakhir.................................. of course laaa saya nervous, 1st time okeehhh!!! aiyooo~~

  • Get informed - The unknown is always frightening and finding out about the different options available to you when you go into labour can really help you to feel in control. If it's the pain that you're worried about then speak to your midwife about the different forms of pain relief that will be available so that you can decide in advance which you think will be right for you. It can also be a good idea to take a tour of the birth centre or maternity ward where you plan to have your baby so that you feel familiar with the set-up when baby decides he or she is ready to arrive.

  • Don't listen to scare stories - There's something about being pregnant that makes people feel the need to share their labour 'horror stories' with you. The media's portrayal of a stereotypical woman screaming her way through childbirth does little to allay any fears that you might have either. Despite this, it's really important to remember that every woman's experience of labour is different and just because someone you know had a bad experience, it doesn't mean that you will. Without trivialising any concerns that you have, try and remember that people have been having children for as long as they've been walking the planet so while it may seem like a daunting prospect, know that you will be able to get through labour unscathed.

  • Make a birth plan - Setting out a plan detailing where you want to give birth, what kind of pain relief you'd like, who you want with you and even details such as whether you'd like music playing can really help you to feel in control as you progress towards your baby's due date.   • Sort your support - Knowing that your partner, a parent or good friend will be there to support you both physically and emotionally during labour can help you to feel more comfortable about bringing your baby into the world. It's a good idea to choose a birth partner in advance so that you can practice the breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and even massage techniques that will come in handy when you go into labour.

  • Get your body in shape - Eating healthily and taking moderate exercise throughout your pregnancy can really help you to get in the best shape possible for labour. Exercising will also help you to relieve any stress that you're feeling and pump you full of happy-hormones that will help you to feel more confident about your ability to cope with childbirth. Practicing pelvic floor exercises on a regular basis is also a good idea as having a strong pelvic floor can help to speed up the second stage of labour by making contractions more effective.

  • Learn relaxation techniques - Whether it's visualisation techniques, focusing on an image of someone you care about or finding your 'happy place', practicing relaxation techniques throughout your pregnancy can really help you to cope with contractions once you're in labour.

  • Practice your breathing - Different breathing techniques will help in different ways as you progress through labour, initially by helping you cope with the discomfort, then to make your contractions more effective. Try to practice different breathing techniques with your birth partner as they can help you stay focused as you progress through the later stages of labour.

  • Learn about labour - Contractions usually start gently and then start to build in intensity as you progress through labour, giving you time to adapt, cope and feel in control with the way that your body is birthing your baby. Try and focus on the thought that any discomfort you are feeling is part of the NATURAL PROCESS OF CHILD BIRTH and that it is in a way a GOOD thing because it's telling you that your body is working hard to bring your baby into the world.
  • Remember every birth is different - Even if a previous birth didn't go the way you had planned, it's important to remember that it doesn't mean that it won�t this time around.

  • Share your concerns - Keeping any worries you have to yourself is only going to cause you unnecessary stress. If you're worried about labour or have any questions that you need to know the answer to in order to feel more comfortable then speak to your midwife.   • Focus on the end result - Unlike pain associated with an illness, the discomfort of labour is FINITE AND UNLIKELY to last more than 24 hours. Try to remember that labour is just a means to a WONDERFUL END and that once you get through it you'll finally be able to meet the baby that you've been nurturing for the past 9 months.

Checklist!

Salam'alaik..

Ok, dah masuk 32 weeks today.. so rasa2 cam dah boleh start packing bag to hospital.. [huh, seram bunyi nya..] eventually akan hadapi gak kan.. so bersedia lah!

Bag baby dah ada - hadiah dari kak Azlina :) Isi je belum lagi.. So here goes the list of items that I should prepare for the special day... [Thanks to babycenter.com.my for these useful information]

For labour:


Your birth plan -------> tak reti nak buat.. eheh
Dressing gown
Slippers
Socks
An old nightdress or T-shirt to wear in labour (if you don't want to wear the hospital gown)
Massage oils or lotions
Lip balm
Snacks and drinks or glucose tablets
Watch with a second hand to time contractions
Digital camera or camcorder (check with hospital first)
Relaxation materials: books, magazines etc -----> not to forget, Al-Quran as well!
Pictures of someone or something you love (the inspiration you may need to see you through to the end)

Water spray to cool you down

For your husband or birth partner:

After the birth:

Barang2 baby dah beli sikit2 masa ekspo yang lepas.. Dah order juga newborn set daripada Kak Misah, from mumshoppe, dapat diskaun and present lg.. :) Tapi ada a few things lagi yang belum beli.. Tu checklist lain pulak kena buat.. Next entri lah pula.. :) Ok, berdoa semuanya baik2 aje, sekarang semakin cepat letih dan mengah.. huhu. Sikit aje lg, bersabar lah!

Minta maaf kepada kwn2 [terutama kakak dorm SAMURA saya, Kak Dayah] yang walimah time cuti sekolah Mac ni, macam tak dapat je nak pegi.. tak larat kott.. Anyway, saya tetap kirim kan doa moga berbahagia hingga akhir ayat... :)

::90 days to go~ I'Allah::

Salam'alaik..

Wah.. sudah semakin hampir.. lagi 90 hari nak deliver.. kalu betul lah tepat2 pd 28 mac 2011.. Kalu lebih awal or overdue, wallahu'alam.. bila2 pun, pasti waktu yg terbaik yg telah Allah tentukan...

dalam hujung 2nd trimester ni baru rase really2 pregnant.. eheh. Sebelum ni rase dan sedar la dah pregnant, tp boleh naik turun tangga dgn lajunya lagi mcm biasa... tp sekarang rasa byk pula limitasinya.. current weight is 53.5kgs.. tak tau bila dah full term, brapa agak2 nya naik..? 60kgs cukup la ek.. Baby jgn besar2 sgt tau... huhu.. :) Ya Allah mudahkan lah urusan melahirkan kelak.. Hanya dari MU sumber kekuatan ku.. Selain bacaan surah Al-Quran, saya ada amalkan bace doa ni... Doa utk anak dalam kandungan:

Ya Allah ,

peliharalah anakku selama ia berada di dalam kandunganku dan sihatkanlah dia, Engkaulah yang menyembuhkan , tidak ada penawar melainkan penawar-Mu , penawar yang tidak meninggalkan penyakit.

Ya Allah ,

Engkau perelokkanlah kejadiannya yang sempurna dan tetapkanlah hatinya agar beriman kepada-Mu dan kepada Rasul-Mu.

Ya Allah , zahirkanlah dia ke dunia dengan mudah dan selamat .

Ya Allah anugerahkanlah dia kesihatan yang sempurna , berakal dan bijaksana , alim dan beramal .

Kita berusaha, Allah jua yang memberi rahmat kasih sygnya.. Saya dan suami dan start fikir nama anak.. hehe.. wait n see lah ye..

Last weekend, family gathering di Deruan Damai, Janda Baik.. Chalet kepunyaan sepupu abah.. so dapat la menginap dengan harga half price.. sangat seronok dengan environment yang nyaman dan mendamaikan.. lama tak rasa suasana begini..

Saya amik gmbr pemandangan di sana.. suka nak pegi lg tempat2 yang penuh dengan warna hijau macam ni..

Ni kawasan dapur... di tepi tu ada set masak BBQ.. dinner dan lunch makan BBQ; ayam, dagingnya telah siap diperap dan dibawa dari rumah

Istirehat ditepi tasik.. Ada beberapa ekor itik berenang2 di sini.. Ikan pun penuh, dia bagi kita memancing kalu mau.. ada joran disediakan...

Ni ruangan rehat, mak abah sedang tgk tv..ada recorder Astro, just bawak kita punya smart card and slot in dalam recorder tuh.. wifi streamyx pun disediakan.. best!
Sungai dibawah jambatan kecil tu sejukk sgt airnya.. anak2 buah saya bermandi manda disitu pagi2.. saya juga berendam sekejap.. baby pun suke! hee

tu lah chalet tempat penginapan.. selesa dan kemas.. ada 4 buah semuanya..

Ni di dapur, tempat memasak.. Pagi2 breakfast nasi goreng dan telur.. Roti bakar dan air teh panas.. Semua peralatan masak disediakan, tinggal bawa bahan mentah je..

Ni katil dalam rumah besar.. Khas utk mereka yg berkeluarga dan ada anak2.. chalet tadi kecik je..

comel kerusi dan meja nih.. rase nk beli satu letak kat rumah..eheh

di luar rumah besar tu.. comel jugak kerusi dia.. pandai lah mereka hias resort nih.. penuh dengan ukiran kayu dan rotan..

Toilet pun cantik..

Katil dalam chalet.. kecil tapi selesa..

Okeh, tu dulu.. next wik nak pegi Ulu Tamu, Batang Kali pula.. tempat adik2 MHi berprogram.. dengarnya ada sungai jugak..
haaa.. x sabar tunggu weekend nih!
